I purchased a Volks SD10 and a Volks SD13 body from nikittin! Extremely fast and clear communication, and the dolls were packed and shipped promptly! As requested, they both arrived unstrung and carefully packaged with each piece in bubblewrap, as well as labeled for convenience. The shipper had cute stickers on it, which was a touch I greatly appreciated.

When I unpacked and inspected the dolls, they were exactly as described. They were in great condition and I had absolutely no problems.

Nikittin checked in on the package to make sure it delivered and reached out to me to confirm that the dolls arrived safely. Nikittin’s customer service is impeccable, and I would be delighted to buy from her again! Amazing experience!
