I have purchased an Iplehouse Soa via layaway from nufa and she shipped her right on the next day when the last payment was due.
Communication was friendly and smooth and Soa came to me with a box of Merci chocolates and a lovely letter from nufa thanking me for rehoming this beautiful girl!
Soa was just as described and shown on the pictures in her sales thread, she came with a free wig, her CoA and in her original box as well as in the original iplehouse carton box!

I recently purchased an Olga Zaporozhtseva Amber from @nufa. This was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had during an aftermarket doll purchase. Nelli gracious and allowed me to purchase the doll on layaway. When the doll was paid for Nelli sent her on her way quickly. There were issues with the shipping service that caused a long delay in the doll arriving. Nelli jumped into action and was very very diligent in getting the carrier to find and deliver the doll. It was an international shipment so I was afraid it could not be resolved. But Nelli kept in constant contact with me and updated me every step of the way. Yesterday the doll arrived. She was beautifully and carefully packaged. She is perfect in every way just like this transaction with @nufa!!! And she included a gift and chocolates!
