I purchased a doll leaves Lian event doll from pendrith girl, she kindly agreed to add lashes (I had never done that) to the doll for a teeny price. The doll was well wrapped and her default face up and new lashes beautifully protected.
I am very happy with the dolly and the eyelashes, and would happily purchase from pendrith girl again.

I bought a Soom Dia boy from Pendrith. The overall transaction was good, and awesome enough to ship to my customizer directly, which I appreciated a lot, but there was a couple of issues.
She had great communication before payment, but after I sent payment she stopped responding. She was on regularly, and thus there was no true excuse to not take the time to simply drop me a message. I had PM'd her twice during this period ( I believe it was 4~5 days ), the second time with a warning that if I didn't hear from her by the 7th day I would be opening a paging thread as I didn't understand the silence after good contact. She did quickly respond after that message. She did help me out though and shipped the Dia to my customizer directly as they are also in the UK. She shipped on the promised date, the doll arrived safely to the member, and was well packed. But after further inspection we found that the Dia actually had his eyes opened. Luckily I can have this fixed by my customizer, but I found this terribly upsetting to hear at the time. It was just an important detailed to have not listed. The mod was nicely done, and I don't know if she didn't know about it or forgot about it, but nonetheless it is a mod, and thus should have been listed.
I call this "questionably positive" feedback. Overall it was a good transaction, but the sudden cut in contact and the unmentioned mod makes me feel it was definitely questionable. I would buy from Pendrith again, but I would have to be sure all the facts were straight with the doll, and a promise not to vanish after payment, because as someone who's had people run with their money it puts me on edge.
