Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Purchased the lower body and legs for a SOOM Amber from pendrith. she was very upfront on condition and shipping. when shipping Prices went up she went out of her way to make sure I still wanted to purchase the items. A pleasure to work with and really can not say enough good things about her. The parts all arrived well protected and packed to the point of overkill in the protection. I would love to do future transactions with Pendrith if either myself or she had something the other would want to buy.

    8. Neutral feedback.
      Pendrith was kind enough to let me do a short layaway (less than a week total) for a tan Mirwen doll, which I greatly appreciated. However communication was very spotty with them, to the point where I wasn't even aware they had shipped the doll out until it arrived at my doorstep. The doll was packaged very well and arrived in the condition it was listed as (although it arrived eyeless, which was unexpected due to the sale listing being shown with eyes in the doll and listed as a full doll, but it's not a deal breaker or anything).
      Overall I am happy with the doll I've gotten, but the lack of communication left me worried enough through the transaction to mark this as neutral rather than positive.

      I bought 4 wigs handmade wigs from pendrith and some long sparkly things. I am quite pleased with the items! She does (as some have noted) tend to drop communication once a deal is 'done' (agreed upon and shipped) but she does ship quickly and I think simply forgets to let you know. She may be hard to reach after payment is made but I believe -from reading this feedback and my own experience- that once you exchanged money, she ships ASAP, maybe even next day. While I wasn't told she'd shipped my items, It was a fun surprise to have them delivered today!

      I look forward to working with her again in the future! She's fun to talk to!

    14. I purchased a lovely Soul Doll Yeon Bee from pendrith. Pendrith kept me updated on shipping, rates changes and options for shipping with or without original box and when the doll was shipped with tracking from the UK. Yeon arrived in quick time, very very well packaged and as lovely as her photos with her fabulous custom faceup by pendrith.
      A perfectly wonderful transaction with a perfectly wonderful seller.
