Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. @Henkka, The chipping to your doll really does disturb me. It is the first time I have had any problems either in selling or buying. I once received an undamaged pair of jointed hands from the other side of the globe enclosed in nothing more than a small padded envelope! So sending a doll in the company cushions and box plus another box with padding would seem adequate to me. But I guess I will take even more precautions in the future.
      Your doll was insured and I am wondering if we should look into getting some compensation. The first step is requesting a form. I still have all my receipts but we may need physical photos of the damage. Do you want me to proceed?

      Edit: I just talked to my husband about this incident and he thinks the damage was most likely done by customs. That makes more sense to me.

      Thank you for offering to look into the insurance. I do have images of the chipping, but at this point I do not wish any extra hassle, and it might be too late now too?

      I bought a little Dollzone body from phanuel; it was a perfect transaction experience as well as a perfect fit for the intended head.
      The body came with its original box and wraparound pillow which protected it well.The Dollzone box was protected inside another larger box filled with packing. It was shipped quickly and arrived in just 3 days. Phanuel was always prompt to communicate and very efficient. It's always nice not to have to wait a long time to get something in the mail.:love
      This transaction also reminded me that I ought to check phanuel's doll gallery more often, where I see many sculpts that are unknown to me and I can learn about them. Their pictures are beautiful.
