It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I purchased a Switch Soseo Head from Quetz and she was phenomenal!! She was very kind and personable! She sent the head out amazingly quick and it arrived in perfect condition! This was by far one of the best transactions I’ve had in the hobby. I would whole heartedly recommend her as a seller without hesitation :thumbup

    3. Fantastic buyer!

      Quetz purchased a pair of ED eyes from me, and things couldn’t have gone more smoothly! She is courteous and kind in her communication, and she paid right on time. She also let me know when the eyes arrived and they were to her liking. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with her again, anytime!

    4. I purchased a Soom Romantic Amber from Quetz. I initially thought I would need more time to pay him off and a smaller down payment. She was willing to work with me on my payment preferences. I was able to pay him off faster than expected (way faster actually), and she shipped him quickly. Although the seller wrapped him very well, one of his ears broke during transit. She not only expressed empathy for my situation, but offered to file a claim with the post office and gave me a partial refund. I was able to fix him and I wasn’t expecting this, because it wasn’t her fault. He’s a beautiful doll and I already love him to pieces. 110% would recommend seller for going above and beyond!

    5. Quetz bought my Peakswoods vampire Bullet and was a joy to work with. We agreed on a layaway plan and he was paid off sooner than expected with no troubles and she let me know promptly when he arrived. I enjoyed conversing with Quetz the whole way through :) thank you again for adopting my boy and being an excellent buyer <3
