It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     12. I purchased a head from Rara and they were helpful and had good communication even though they were going though a difficult and busy time.
      The head arrived safely and was as described but did not include the wig that was mentioned as being included in the sales listing.
      I do recommend Rara as a seller and would buy from them again and appreciate their helpfulness and time!

    13. I bought a Souldoll Shiva from Rara. She was amazing to work with, kept in touch throughout the entire process, and was just an absolute wonder to work with on layaway. Shiva arrived much sooner than expected, and was wrapped up perfectly, plus Rara sent a few extras! Definitely would buy from again!

    15. I thought I left feedback before but I guess not! My bad! >_>;

      I bought a WS Junior Delf boy body from rara in October 2018 and he arrived safe and sound. There was some missing paperwork, but rara sent it out ASAP and it arrived to me in November 2018 (made it through the Canada post strike!).
      Rara was kind and courteous throughout the whole transaction. I'd definitely do business with her again! :)

    16. Rara offered me a BW mnf elf Shiwoo for sale, and I purchased him on a short layaway. Communication was great and she shipped fast. He got lost for a week in the mail as USPS didn't update their tracking, but he arrived safe and sound today. He was well packed, with each piece bubble wrapped separately. I would not hesitate to do business with Rara again, as I've now had two successful purchases from her. :)
