It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. OOPS - wrong transaction! *face-palm* Rhiella sold a Tiny Delf Centaur to me on layaway. She was very flexible with the layaway and very understanding of the longer terms I needed. Rhiella is super nice and I'd gladly do business with her again anytime!

    7. I bought a Luts KidDelf Jamong Pegasus Centaur from Rhiella on a long layaway. She was very kind in letting me have as long as I needed to buy her and let me know when she received my payments. Once I paid her off she shipped her right away. She was very well packaged and came just as described! I couldn't be happier. :)

    8. I was a part of Rhiella's Lati split. It was VERY long but she did well to keep in contact and keep us informed, and when the items came in nearly a year later (Dang lati!) She sent them out straightaway, and they arrived quickly and safely packed. Thank you so much again!!

    10. I participated in a Lati split with Rhiella. The wait was long (Latidoll...:roll:) and when the orders started to ship we couldn't get a reaction from Rhiella right away, due to private reasons (a lot can change in all those months, I understand). However, she did respond eventually, made sure all our shipping addresses were up to date and shipped the items out. My items came home today and I'm very happy with them :). They were exactly as the picture Rhiella send me. I'm happy with this transaction and would deal with Rhiella again. :thumbup

She very kindly asked Lati for me if another dragon could be added to the order, and a year later (arg, Lati) I have my adorable dragon! Rhiella shipped her out quickly and packaged her nicely.
