Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. I bought an SD violin (case, bow, and stand, included) from Sasurin :D I paid promptly and she contacted me to let me know the payment went through, and that she would be shipping the very next day (Saturday). She wrapped the box in bubblewrap, then a very thick paper bag, and taped it all up very well! The package arrived on Monday in perfect shape! She's very pleasant to deal with, I would buy from her again in the future! :D Her handwriting is also very cute!

Even agreed to meet me locally to exchange the furniture to avoid some exciting shipping fees we would have had to figure out, LOL! :D The sofa is truly a work of art, and I was SO happy to get it since it's sold out on the Volks web site.

    15. Purchased Mamu from me in response to her WTB thread and agreed to go on layaway which she finished ahead of time. However, due to complications on my part and national holidays I was unable to ship out in the same week payment was made. Apology PMs were sent to notify her of the delay to which she responded by stating a five day delay in shipping was ridiculous and that she would like a full refund on the transaction.

      Upon informing her that the layaway terms include "non-refundable" deposits she agreed to shipment of the doll with a few passive-aggressive comments that bordered on offensive.

      After successful arrival of the doll, she did not inform me until I PMed her (even though she said she would) and then proceeded to sell the doll 2-3 days later on the marketplace at an inflated price.

      Sell to and purchase with caution.

    16. Sasurin and I were able to work out a sale in which I bought several doll clothes from her. She was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Shipping was fast! I would absolutely buy from her again! Highly recommended seller! :aheartbea

    17. reply to rhii's feedback:

      - on first delay on shipping, rhii messaged me right away.
      - on second delay, rhii did not inform me about 5 days delay until I PM'ed her. this makes longer than a week delay.
      - when she got back to me, she said "many apologies". None of i'm sorry, i feel bad this happened, you must feel impatient, etc. None of sympathetic comments. Just "many apologies" and "apologies again".
      - on any of her PM, she did not sound very sorry. her attitude was more in the line of: my problem comes before your money, and/or i had problems so deal with it.
      - i was upset and requested for refund.
      - Hilariously, she is more furious than the buyer! she refused to refund deposit. my understanding of non-refundable deposit means: the deposit is not refundable when buyer withdraws during the layaway. In our case, i've completed layaway way ahead of schedule, and i was not happy with the seller, thus full refund should have been made.
      - she did not comment on the issue any further. i was still upset with unexpected delays and her attitude, but decided to let it go and be pleasant, as long as the doll arrives.

      - however, she is still very offensive towards me and left me a negative feedback:
      1) she chased after me for not informing doll arrival on the day of. I find it very funny to see her trying to pick any scrap of negative points from me.
      2) what I do with my doll after i receive it is my business. I decided to sell Mamu because our experience was not very pleasant and i did not want to keep a doll with negative emotion lingering in my head.
