I traded my Domuya Perennial Faith for Serenia's lovely MNF Shushu. And while her Shushu arrived here very fast and in wonderful shape, my Domuya Faith took almost 2 months to arrive, due to me not getting the adress right >.<
Through all this time, Serenia was extremely patient and cooperative and I can't describe how happy I am that my Doll finally did get home to her. Serenia is a very nice person to talk to, always quick to respond to PMs and always very polite and friendly.

I bought a Ethan Senior Delf Head from Serenia, He came in perfect conditions! and inside of a super cute bag XD, We use a diferent kind of payment (wester union) and all went perfect! She answered all my questions.
He arrived very faster, even faster that I expected, She's an awesome seller.

 

Serenia and I did a trade, swapping her Domuya Perenniel Faith for a large custom clothing order. Through the process Serenia was wonderful to communicate with, very patient over the working schedule, and generally truly charming. There were some difficulties over fitting of the garments as some were human items and some were YO items (I do not have a YO, but used patterns recommended on DOA, the sleeves sadly came out too long). Serenia was very understanding of these difficulties. I have offered to alter items gratis to ensure fit.

On the other end of the trade the doll I recieved was sent with fast shipping, she came in perfect condition with lots of extras and I really adore her. She has a beautiful faceup done by Serenia and I would recommend her for faceup commissions, of lovely natural faceups. The Faith is now happily ensconced in my collection, rejoining her little son.

I traded a Volks SDC Kaede for Serenia's Unoa 2.0 Cream. She shipped the Unoa on the 15th and requested I ship Kaede on Jan 27th. While the trade has been completed to my satisfaction, there were some issues with it- namely the undisclosed rubber bands stringing the Unoa's legs and the missing eyes. Serenia offered and has paid me money in compensation for the missing elastics and she has sent the missing eyes through the mail.

Because of the issues I was reluctant to send Kaede out on the 27th but I did send her out as promised. There was a lengthy wait to get her Paypal issues in order but that has been solved today. She has kept me apprised of her situation at all times and was communicative during the trade.

Serenia worked to resolve these issues, and despite the delays and setbacks, I am happy with my doll I received from this trade.

 

I purchased a HDS outfit from Serenia and it was a really lovely transaction. Great communication, speedy shipping, and reasonable pricing.
