Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. Sha and I traded dolls (her Nana for my SwD Anne) and the trade was simply fantastic. Also, I've never seen priority mail move so fast from the Midwest to the Westcoast (just one day for mine to reach her and 2 days for hers to reach me). I highly recommend and trust Sha and am hoping to do more trades with her in the future :)

    8. I am a bit disappointed with my transaction with Sha. I purchased a Sooah from her and the doll did not come with her original wig as promised. After numerous emails, I finally got a wig that would fit, but its color is old lady gray. I also received another wig that is unwearable due to condition and fit.

      I do really love the doll though and really appreciate that I was able to do a layaway for her.

    11. In response to Lilycat28.. the wigs I sent were Leekeworld n Luts. .and in lovely condition I also sent it out to you as soon as I got your first email about the missing one . You didnt specify color just that you wanted a wig for Sooah. I sent you the leekeworld grey in her size. Im sorry that it wasnt a color you liked for Sooah. but since having Sooah on layaway I did sell all of her wigs Here is the leekeworld :grey one I sent Lilycat28 as well as sent her another wig. I had also tried my best to find the default wig as you know from my emails to you. then we decided I would send you another wig. this is also the first time Im hearing you werent happy as You never emailed me at all after I sent wigs out to you. also all your emails to me were answered in a timely manner most within the same day.

      I realize this thread is for all feedback whether postive or negative and I am fine with that . but I also feel I should explain what really occurred .

    12. I'm so sorry, but I beg to differ.
      I emailed you on the 23rd of Feb, the day I received the doll to tell you of the missing wigs. You are correct in saying that you replied very timely to my emails, but I did not receive the replacement wigs until the 7th of March. This was after I PMed you on March 1st to ask if you had found Sooah's default wig, as I had not heard back from you one way or another about replacement wigs.

      I do feel that I have stated the facts for this transaction and I have the PM's to show what was said and when.

      I never said the wigs were poor quality. The gray wig is very nice, I just don't love the color. As for the blonde, it's just plain funky.

      My girl has a nice new lovely Monique gold wig so she's happy and so am I.

      Not every transaction is perfect. So, please let this be the end of the matter.

    13. Once again I do apologize for your unhappieness but it would of been nice had you actually contacted me about your displeasure. As I did sell you a lovely doll with free shipping as well for a wonderful price. and added in wigs when you said no wig came with her.. also you did email me on Feb 23rd saying you didnt have the wig and I sent you back I would look for it and mail you a replacment I looked for the wig a few days and then sent a replacement on or about the 28th or so.. Now seeing as First class shipping takes up to 10 days and Feb 28th was the end of the month you actually got the wig replacements right about in the 7-10 day first class mailing
      scedule. I also have my pm response to you on the 23rd asking you to check your box and get back to me if you couldnt find it in the box that I would mail out a replacment wig but it wouldnt be till the following week that I could ship .

      But Please do accept my apologies to any inconvience or dismay this might have caused you. ..:aheartbea
