It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. On 6/22, I PMed Skeekers about an outfit for a Puki. After some mis-steps with DoA's PMing gone wrong, we figured out total and shipping.

      On 6/29, I purchased a Snow Puki outfit from her for $40. Up until then, communication was excellent and I had no concerns.

      On 7/9, she PMed me to tell me that she'd not forgotten about me, but that she'd been in a car accident and was only just getting around.

      On 7/15, I asked after an update and did not hear back.

      On 7/20, I opened a paging thread and requested she communicate with me.

      On 7/20, as a result of the thread, she PM'ed me that she had put the wrong address on the box. She promised a refund of shipping and shipping.

      On 7/26, I opened a Paypal dispute against the transaction.

      On 7/27, she sent me a PM that the item and the refund was sent. She deleted the sales thread and turned off her PM system. It is thought that she reactivated it, but she hadn't been online at that point to reactivate it.

      On 7/27, after her PMs were disabled, I escalated the dispute to a claim.

      On 8/2, she replied to Paypal with a tracking number. She did not reply to me, nor did she log in to Den of Angels.

      On 8/3, the package was delivered... to a completely different city and state. Given this, Paypal (which tracks parcels and compares them to the address on the transaction) closed in my favor. However, there was no money in her Paypal account to be returned to me.

      I have no item and no money, and it took 35 days to get to this point.

      I would not advise anyone to do business with her, either here or on eBay. She'll take your money, and all you'll get are lies.
