It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Slersk bought Luts Yul Satyros from me in layaway. It was a model transaction! Slersk paid on time without any problems. Conversations during transaction went smoothly, without unrrasonable delay and it was always a friendly communication. :3nodding:

      Overall fantastic buyer. I'd love to do business with her again!! :D

    3. I purchased a cool dolly bathtub, a tiny crystal soap dish and some porcelain items from @Slersk, The items all arrived safely and well packaged. She even refunded excess postage though she certainly did not have to. I recommend Slersk to all too.

    6. I thought it would be best to leave a comment mentioning my one and only negative feedback thread:

      After a very tough time in my life I very reluctantly let go of my dream doll to another member here in DoA, I apparently wasn’t very clear in the photos I had of the doll or the doll became damaged in shipping, but either way the buyer wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the paint on the doll and demanded that I refund either all of or half of the money for the doll without returning the doll to me. Considering the value of the doll even without paint didn’t even matter to the buyer and her response was to leave me out in the rain. Being quite literally on the brink of homelessness left me unable to refund the money for the doll as I had already used it to keep my car running so that I wouldn’t lose my job. Because of this I am no longer on PayPal and cannot make transactions this way. I am not looking for sympathy or for retaliation, those things are useless in a situation like this. I only wish for understanding that not everything works out perfectly every time and that I was never trying to scam anyone.
