It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I bought Soom Violet from Starchaser09. Things were slightly bummpy in transaction but that is only because she got really sick! D: Things still went really well even though she was sick. Shipping was fast and smooth. Violet was packaged nicely, along with all the items that came with her. I would deal with her again.

    2. I bought a Soulkid Tiffee from Starchaser09. She was super patient while I figured out my Paypal account, and Tiffee arrived well packaged. It was a fairly long transaction (stupid Paypal) but the outcome was great! Thank you SOOO much for Tiffee - I love her! :)

      If you're going to pay her, do not use personal payment. Two months on from the start of our transaction and I am out over $100 and do not have the items I paid for. She is doing nothing to fix this.

    4. There was unfortunately nothing that could be done with the transaction with Lulu. I sent the goods out and when I received notice that she did not get them, I kept talking with the post office- they told me to wait as it might be sent back. Since I have not received a package back and she never received the package either. The post office refused the insurance I paid for because they said it was delivered even though no proof or tracking number was given.
      It was an error on the post office and an error on my part that I didn't make sure I had the tracking number for the package. Now- I'm hoping that it returns to me so I can send it out via EMS, which apparently is the only trusted method to the UK from the US as this is not the first time I had a problem with shipping to the UK.

    5. There was plenty you could have done, but you chose not to, you chose to publically and prvately attack me and you chose to then vanish for weeks on end during the transaction. You've admitted you can't deny anything in that thread and yet still you persist in attempting to gather sympathy rather than simply admitting you were wrong and letting the incident drop.

      I maintain BUYER BEWARE.

    6. I did NOT publically attack you. PLEASE CHECK what I wrote. I AM WRONG. And also you posted to my feedback twice. I would say you are not letting the incident drop but further accusing.
      Please keep feedback to one per transaction.

      Future buyers- please, if international, make sure that we as buyer and seller are both clear on what kind of shipping you desire. I will always strongly now recommend Priority mail shipping ONLY for international.
      Also I will no longer be accepting personal payments. CC or paypal balance preferably only.
