1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Feedback For Stasie!!!!!

Sep 7, 2006

    1. Flakey feedback

I usually don't leave flakey feedback as I believe people may come and go as they please, including changing their minds, and do not owe me a sale. However, I was rubbed the wrong way by this and thought it would be worth mentioning.

Stasie contacted me about a head I had for sale asking for layaway. I agreed and they asked if they could pay a deposit to hold her. I agreed, but then they told me they were waiting for someone to pay them before they could do the deposit when I was under the impression they were ready. They asked me to hold her without a deposit after saying they would pay one, and I told them I don't do that, but to contact me when they were ready essentially. Two weeks later, they contact me again saying they forgot about it and asked if they could pay a deposit the same day. I accepted and gave them my PayPal, then they disappeared again. About 20 days later, they contact me again apologizing for the delay and asking if their first payment went through. Since it hadn't, and I don't wait or chase anymore, the doll had long sold. I believe this was them attempting to stake a hold in the transaction without paying to have more time to think. I don't know. I told them the head had sold and they never read my message or replied, despite being online.

Please consider wether or not you want to truly proceed with the transaction before contacting others and don't rely on others to pay you before you can pay yourself. I would be cautious doing holds with them. They seem to have great feedback otherwise, so this isn't a warning. Just a note.
