The workmanship is stunning, she's a true artist and i couldn't be more pleased, i will definately be asking her to do some more in the future. Communication was great, and friendly, too :) Highly recommend to anyone!!

    5. After a huge faceup accident with my Chocopuki Sugar, I wiped the faceplate clean and contacted Stella to ask if she could make my girl beautiful again. She was sweet and let me know how every step was going and chatted with me. I just got the faceplate in today and I am in love. This woman is wonderful!

    8. I commissioned Stella to do 3 faceups - a MiniFee Shiwoo, LittleFee Ante Elf, and a DollZone Fox.

      This transaction had delays.

      The first was because of Italian Customs (November 2009), when the dolls were sent from Fairyland to Italy, and then returned to Fairyland by Italian customs because the phone number on the package wasn't an Italian one. They were then sent to me, and from me to Italy. The dolls were sent to Stella on 04/02/2010, Tracking had it received on 08/02/2010, and Stella received it on 16/02/2010.

      Stella and I agreed on the commission to be completed in the middle to end of March. There were a number of problems for Stella, due to illness, and PC troubles. I received the dolls on 15/05/2010.

      The Faceups were very lovely and I was pleased with them.

      Stella was quick to reply to most pms that I sent.

    9. One of the heads was in terrible condition ^^ and I usually take 2 weeks for one Make Up and the commission was for 3.
      I could have finished them soon if I received them in time.
      But since there was a problem due to the custom (you've put another tel. number instead mine so they could not call me) I've received them later.
      Hope you can understand this.

    10. Stella did two awesome make up works on two dolls of mine, one of them with a complete body blush.
      She's great and extremely kind, even if I'm not good in explaining what I want she understood everything and did what I requested in a perfect way, extremely detailed and wolderful. I had a great communication with her, she made me know every progress step by step, and I had my dolls back in a very few time! She also gave me an adorable gift; I find her perfect and higly recommened. Thank you Stella! :D

    16. I commissioned Stella for a faceup in May, the heads arrived the first part of June. I did not recieve my head back until September 8th. Despite the delays I am VERY pleased with the head and the work done was better than I could have hoped. Stella was very communicative the whole time and responded to PMs very quickly. I would not hesitate to send another head to her. She truely is a wonderful person and artist.

      She gave my Soom Chroom a wonderfull Face-up and blushing.
      And eventhough it took quite long I could always contact her and ask about the state of things (though I must admit~ I overdid it XD)
      We had some problems with the shipping in the end but even then she was always there ^_^

      Friendly and great to deal with and also capable of doing the most wonderfull face-ups I highly recommend Stella di Carta!
