Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. :( Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Sushi Icecream. I bought glass eyes.... She sent them in a small plastic bag inside a White Envelope like you would mail a letter in. (no padding around the eyes at ALL!) As you can guess, somehow in shipping (my guess is in a postal machine) they eyes were ripped out. She had included shipping in the price. So there evidently was no insurance purchased. When I wrote her about it, she was sorry.... but felt no responsibility about it whatsoever. (?!) I told her I felt it was her responsibility to pack the item properly (I think that is just a given!) and that she should offer me a full refund. That is certainly what I would do as a seller. I told her that if she refunded me then I would be happy to post positive feedback, but I would settle for her paying 1/2 and me paying 1/2 but that I would leave negative feedback in order to be sure the DoA community who might be thinking of purchasing from her could know how she handles packaging and disputes. That is the option she chose. Sushi said that she ships (and receives) eyes like that all the time with no problem. That kind of amazes me. I can't imagine ever shipping anything glass without padding! Especially overseas.
