Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     10. I purchased a pair of JID boy pants from Tara-chan. She sent me a skirt by mistake (both packages looked very similar) and she immediately sorted it out by sending me the pants ligtning fast and even let me keep the skirt even when I offered to return it. That's a responsible seller and a great example on how to be nice to your customers ;)

    11. I bought a Rosette Vela from Tara-chan. It was a perfect transaction! She was really great to talk to, and responded to all of my messages very quickly. After I paid, Vela was shipped very quickly and got to me amazingly fast. She was really well packed, and Tara-chan had even included some nice goodies for her.     14. I bought a wig from Tara-chan. Communication was excellent and they were wonderful throughout the entire length of the transaction. Sadly, the post office lost the package with the wig. This was not the fault of Tara-chan, they did everything right, and labeled everything as I asked. After the normal processing time passed for the shipment, I informed them of the situation and they immediately filed a claim which I can confirm was processed because I received confirmation from my postal office about the claim they made. They were prompt in offering me a refund and I consider this transaction closed, on a very positive note.

      I would recommend buying from Tara-chan as they're fast in responding (even with the holidays) and were kind to work with me in getting everything sorted, despite it not being their fault. I would totally recommend and do business with them again in the future, if the opportunity presents itself.
