I bought a Dollstown freshskin 18yrs girl body from her.

She went extremely out of her way to do multiple resin matches and head swaps for me so I could see if the head I had at home would work for her. Her customer service was what made me decide to buy the doll she had for sale as opposed to this other doll I was viewing. She was very good with communication and flexible with layaway allowing me to choose a steady plan. She also worked with me on figuring out the best shipping method (international).

I was also already aware of the issues with the legs on the 18yrs body but she was upfront and honest about the posing issues the doll had to ensure that I knew what I was getting myself into, which was very kind of her.

The doll is perfect, exactly as described with absolutely 0 damage (I got to inspect her closely as I was sanding her seams and doing some minor mods to her).

I would definitely buy from her again. She's a gem to this community and a good example of what excellent customer service is.

I had dealings with Tati on the marketplace. Sadly, unexpected circumstances meant that we had to cancel out transaction however Tati was fantastic and issued me with a full refund even though she had no obligation to do so. I would happily recommend her to anyone.
