I just bought a beautiful Volks Liz head from Tiff, and it was a very good transaction! Even though Tiff was in the middle of a stressful and travel-heavy month, she made a special effort to respond to my PMs and to get the head on its way as quickly as she could. The head arrived in excellent condition--Tiff packed it super-carefully to make sure it would travel safely.

I commissioned Tiffany for 3 faceups. Everything went great at first. Communication was descent considering she was going through a hard time and had to travel a lot.

Then came time to ship my heads back ... she said she shipped them back but couldn't provide me with a tracking number ever and they never showed up during those 9 days!

She wasn't on the forum at all during that time and it got to the point were she wasn't even replying to my text messages anymore. I was a nervous reck, thinking my doll heasds were lost in the mail...

She was not much help so I filed a paypal claim. She made it her prime duty to help me then! They magically showed up to her house (I guess) & she "reshipped" them.

When I asked her what happened, she told me she already explained that in an email she supposely sent to me but I never recieved ... she gave me no further explaination. But I have my heads now, Thank God.

Tiffany is a nice woman, but I think her communication could be a little better and more detailed. She has no problem with meeting quality expectations: faceups are perfect, she gave all my heads topline face covers for free, brought the 3rd pair of eyelashes I wanted, and gave me a nice disount.

But the communication *sighs* is not how I prefer it .. I fear we are not on the same page and I will not commission her ever again. It was too much of a headache and I still don't know why it took 11 days for me to recieved heads she claimed she shipped.

Either way, Thank you for the pretty faceups and I hope family life is better for you now.

I bought a Popodoll Yuegi head from Tiffanyjbt. She was very helpful in answering the question I asked about matching skintones. Really fast answers, very nice and friendly. The head was shipped promptly after she received my payment and arrived here very fast - at least at the custom office. As you need the official custom duty form - that is mailed by the custom office - it took a few days longer to get my head.

He is perfect and fits the skintone of my Volks white skin body to a T - like she said it would. I really appreciate the eyes she sent with the head. Absolutely awesome!

 

I bought Supiadolls Lana from Tiffanyjbt, and the transaction was perfect with her!
We had small bumps on the way, mostly because my pp account got frozen in the middle of transaction, and there was a little mistake in the shipping, but I don't think these as a minus at all!
Tiffany had packaged the doll extremily well in bubblewrap, and the doll was in perfect condition!
She also answered my all pm's in a heartbeat, and she was very kind and sweet in her replies.

Once the head was paid in full, she shipped him out very quickly, and let me know the time span she would send him out. He arrived today in pristine condition, and exactly as she described.
