Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I bought a Napidoll Rogebell head from Tigerlilly. Transaction went smoothly, ommunication was good. There was a small delay because she got sick suddenly and couldn't get to the post office right away, for which she very kindly added a wig to my parcel as compensation, and then the parcel couldn't be delivered due to a mistake on my end, but all was well in the end and I just love my new girl<3.     16. I purchased a Latidoll from Tigerlilly. Unfortunately I have to say that communication was very poor, I ended up having to pm her to ask if she'd received my payment and posted the doll. I then received no communication at all for several days, despite several pm's, and had to resort to opening a paging thread for her.

      I've not really had a good explanation for the lack of communication or the delay in the doll but the doll has finally arrived and is lovely.

      I would say that although a seller knows they have posted the doll, the buyer does not. Trust is paramount in marketplace transactions and without up-to-date communication and information, worry can arise and I think this is what happened in this transaction. Lack of communication from Tigerlilly lead to me worrying she hadn't sent the doll which was not the case. However it all ended well, and I have a lovely Haru in my Lati collection.

    19. In November 2014 I purchased some Lati Yellow clothing from Tigerlilly. When the clothing never arrived, she was kind enough to send a full refund. However, communication was seriously lacking and needs improvement. To quote kayjay, "Trust is paramount in marketplace transactions and without up-to-date communication and information, worry can arise and I think this is what happened in this transaction." Also, an article of lati clothing that I purchased ended up in a friend's package instead. When I let Tigerlilly know, I was given an explanation but no apology was given.

      While the transaction could have been much worse, it certainly could have been better.
