Feedback for tiyama

Tiyama acted as a Taobao proxy for me, and she kept very good communication the whole time. She even refunded me when the total cost ended up being lower than expected. The items were sent well-packaged, but I guess that didn't stop local customs from peering in (see below).

Unfortunately, there seemed to be a hiccup in my local post office (which was undergoing major changes in policy), that meant one tiny item got lost during inspection. It was not Tiyama's fault tho, and she was kind enough to coordinate with her other customers to make sure that the missing item didn't get sent to anyone by mistake.

Over-all a great experience! Will definitely recommend her as a Taobao proxy.

I bought some eyelashes from Tiyama and it was an excellent transaction! Communication was super fast and the eyelashes arrived (Hong Kong to US) in less than a week! They were packed safely and exactly what I needed. Great seller, thanks so much!

I used Tiyama's Taobao shopping service to place an order at Angell-Studio's taobao.

Her email responses were always very prompt! When I initially placed the order, it was for Angell-Studio's Single's Day sale, which was only up for a very short window of time. She was sure to place an order for me right away to ensure I would get the discount!

She was very friendly, and was quick to update me on any changes. (letting me know she placed the order/received payment/that the doll shipped to her, etc.)

I'd definitely return for her services should I need anything ordered from Taobao again! Thank you, Tiyama!

 

I used Tiyama's Taobao service to order two separate SD outfits from two separate shops. She was friendly and good with updates to the order, and when it was sent along to me it was immensely well-packed. She even added a few candies!

I used Tiyama’s taobao proxy service for a fairly sizeable order of mostly small doll props with some non-bjd clothing items. She was helpful in translating some details and communicating with shops, and her communications were overall quite friendly and organized. However, there were stretches of five days to two weeks where I wouldn’t hear anything from her. She was on vacation a few times during the order, which is fine… waiting on packages to arrive to her is understandably the slowest part of the order (Which spanned about 10 weeks/2.5 months start to finish, mid October 2017 to Jan 2018) and I hate to be a pest! So I did my best to remain patient, giving her several days after her projected return dates to poke her, but there were times I was left wondering what was going on--were we still waiting on items, or had any even arrived yet?

I almost paged her at each of the two-week marks, but decided against it since she has good feedback here on DoA… and I am incredibly nonconfrontational. Finally at one point she sent me a progress picture of some of my items set aside in a box, which was excellent.

My order was shipped very quickly once she had everything. It also came well-packed… but I found about a dozen items missing. I contacted her about it and after another 4-5 days of waiting was told these items had been out of stock at the time of ordering. This was frustrating, as she never bothered to tell me, and in the time I spent waiting I could and would have re-ordered the items elsewhere. (Some belonged to a friend piggybacking off my order, and she too was frustrated after waiting about two months for eyes that had never been bought.)

I was issued a refund for the price of the missing items (after another 6-7 days) but the lack of communication with someone to whom I had sent over $500 USD left me nervous enough that I would not do this again, at least not with such a long list of items. I don’t know Tiyama’s circumstances at the time of the order, of course, and I must say again she was very friendly and helpful when we did communicate. In the end, I got most of the items and was refunded for the others, but I would not feel right if I didn’t illustrate my whole experience to other potential clients.

 

I purchased some eyelashes from her. Communication was nice and she shipped the items on time. They arrived as described. Thank you!

they are very kind and she always reply to me quickly the clothes are amazing and i am happy my first purchase on Den of Angels was excellent
