well unfortunately I do not have nice experience... I bought 2 pairs of Volks shoes (marked as new) for 50$ each, so negotiated free shipping, but I was asked to cover PP fee so paid 105$ and one pair of shoes arrived damaged... not because of shipping and promo pictures did not showed these damages at all, looked like these shoes were stored for a long time and just lost their good shape, anyway they look really terrible now and are not worth that price at all. when I shared this with Tiyama I only got refund for shipping 6,5$ well... so I ended up with damaged shoes for 50$ I do not think it is fair

I bought a volks outfit marked as new from this seller, I payed more than original price plus shipping. This item arrived to me used and missing details. I contacted "tiyama" several times to see if I could get a replacement piece or a small refund to fix the clothing. I even had to take pictures as proof. Issue wasn't solved it's been about half a year. I never left negative feedback before, I didn't want to be mean, however I DO NOT recommend buying from this seller, communication wasn't so good and I'm disappointed. Hope other customers get more lucky.
