I have recently purchased a few itmes from tiyama and the whole transaction we super smooth and friendly.

Since Japan is not offering EMS to the United States at the moment, she arranged for my doll to be delivered to Hong Kong first, and then to me, all with insured express shipping. She did research on different insured shipping methods, which took extra effort. I'm grateful for her friendly, professional service, and hope to have occasion to work with Tiyama again. This time I used tiyama's bidding and selling service. Tiyama placed a Y!J bid on a doll on my behalf, and scheduled to place the bid close to the auction's end time. We won!

Since EMS from Japan to the US still isn't available, she arranged shipping from her contact in Japan to her in Hong Kong. While the doll was in Hong Kong, she sold the doll's body for me, and handled shipping the body to the buyer. The proceeds from the body sale were used to cover domestic shipping in Japan, then shipping from Japan to Hong Kong (all with insured methods, per my preference). She then promptly shipped the doll's head and accessories to me in the US. This saved me on the cost of shipping a full doll to me and the hassle of trying sell the body (and shipping, etc.).

Meanwhile during our conversations, she mentioned a friend of hers was looking to buy a different body. Through tiyama as intermediary, I sold a body to her friend. For this body, I handled domestic shipping in the US.

This was a multi-task, extra-effort transaction, and she kept up with its demands swimmingly, sending updates/responding to my PMs all the while. Many thanks!
