The order took longer than we all anticipated through no one's fualt but the company's and Tsukidoll was on top of everything the whole time making sure everyone immediately knew what was going on as soon as she found any new information out which was much appreciated. Communication all throughout the transaction was always such a pleasure. I took part in the Bambicrony Group order that Tsukidoll organized. The process of the order took longer than usual but this was 100% due to the fault of the company, not Tsukidoll. She was wonderful throughout the process and really stayed on top of it all to make sure we received our items. My item arrived almost instantly once Tsukidoll received the order.

My feedback has been somewhat delayed by a horrible workweek and a trip to the New York Comic Con, but I've gotten the eyes I'd ordered from Tsukidoll as part of the Bambicrony split, and I wanted to be awake enough to write this properly.

Bambircony...words cannot describe how frustrating it's been to deal with them! This GO started in January, and it's a testimony to Tsukidoll's patience and determination that we were able to see it through to the end, considering how irresponsible they were as a company. The first order didn't ship until May, as I recall, and it got lost in the mail--which does happen, but considering the length of time for them to put the order together, is unusual.

Then Bambicrony said we'd have to wait a month, in case the package showed up, but they said we'd be getting what was paid for, so we waited. And a month to the day, she was totally on their cases, and that was a good thing because basically, they vanished.

So now, to the hero of our tale! Tsukidoll could've panicked, as I've seen GO leaders do in the past, but she kept us informed at each step of the way, she kept on Bambicrony, and ultimately she started, after months of non-responsiveness, to contact the Enchanted Eye makers and the Korean authorities, through no small difficulty!

This did result in the order finally being sent, and let me say we also learned Bambicrony had been lying, and had only ordered the replacement eyes in, as I recall, August...boo on them! And a huge cheer for Tsukidoll, who was exemplary all the way through. When a GO is straightforward it's easy to leave words of praise, but when a GO ends up going every-which-way wrong, it takes a steely person to hold the course and be responsible. I wouldn't have wanted to be in her shoes for anything, but I'm certainly glad she used those shoes to stomp all over Bambicrony and reach our shared goal. This was a legendary GO to me, and I would step up to a future GO with Tsukidoll any time.

I took part in the January 2011 Bambicrony GO that Tsukidoll ran, and I can't adequately express her awesomeness. She was super-friendly and kept right on top of her communication with all of us. Bambicrony screwed up BIG TIME, but Tsukidoll worked her butt off to make sure that things were put to rights over and over again. Not only did she have to deal with Bambicrony's incompetence, she also had to soothe a bunch of increasingly nervous, ticked-off GO participants. She pulled this off with flawless aplomb.

To sum up, I highly recommend Tsukidoll as a GO leader, and I'd join another of her GOs in a red-hot second. ^_^ ​
