Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     13. I purchased a Volks SD10 Renewal Mark from Turynn. :) She accepted all my conditions of payment and shipping.
      She is an amazing person and treated me very well. :D I'm very happy that my package wasn't taxed by customs.
      She packed everything carefully and sent my doll quickly.

      The transaction was great. B      ut there was a small detail that I thought should have been mentioned in the ad. Mark's left hand came with small black stains. It isn't a big problem, but I contacted Turynn when the doll arrived but she didn't answer me despite she being updating her sales threads. =)But it's okay, I just got a little upset with the lack of answer... I removed the stains with damp magic block that a friend recommended me. xD

    14. In response to the "staining issue" in the post above:

      The "stains" mentioned were not on his hands when I packed the doll for shipping. Every doll I sell that has been removed from its original box is very carefully checked and cleaned with Volks doll sponge or product similar to magic eraser if necessary before I ship them (unless otherwise clearly stated - eg when I sell a "junk" doll, half finished doll, etc). I have missed shipping deadlines because of the extra time spent inspecting dolls one last time for stains or other damages that might have occurred when a doll has been purchased on a long layaway such as the one I did for the buyer above. Especially in the case of un-stringing a doll to ship, any staining would be very obvious as it requires me to handle each individual part. I believe the "stains" were either dirt that could have been on the bubble wrap, or ink that transferred from the newspaper to the buyer's hands and then to the doll when it was unpacked him. Just as packing an unstrung doll requires handling each part, so does unpacking.

      Had they been "stains" they would not be so easily removable.

      When I use newspaper to pack a doll I always make sure 100% of the doll is covered with another material to avoid ink transferring. However, unpacking can be tricky so buyers please use care ;).

      I purchased from Turynn: Volks School B custom head, Volks SD13 Rinon head and Alchemic-Labo-Sist-Decadent-Lusis&Sist-with-extras-(Fairy-Skin) and couldn't be more happy! She shipped the dolls right away, perfectly packed and included tons and tons of wonderful extras! I will do business with her again at any time!
