Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I purchased a Luts event head from Twilighterleah in the marketplace. She went above and beyond my expectations, shipping the item the same day I made contact about the listing.

      I am grateful to report that the product arrived in excellent, as-new condition. It was well packed and insured, arriving in record time: Friday noon initial contact, Monday morning delivery to my mailbox. Wow!

      Promotional materials were sent with the head in lieu of authenticity cards, which Luts does not make for Event heads. It was a thoughtful substitute on Twilighterleah's part!

      One couldn't ask for a better seller. Thank you again for your time, and for my adorable roundy girl. I'm very happy!

    3. I purchased a Luts Senior Delf body from Twilighterleah and...holy heck, they were amazing! Super fast replies that were always friendly, and the body was shipped out really quick. There was a hiccup at the post office (which was totally not the seller's fault!) and they contacted the post office here quickly and got the issue resolved. The body is in excellent condition, and I'm so happy! I would recommend this seller in a heartbeat, and would do business again with them just as enthusiastically! <3

I purchased a Luts Kid Delf multi body from Twilighterleah, and it was a stellar transaction all the way!:) Communications were fast and friendly, the body was packaged with great care and shipped at light speed. I couldn't be happier with this body...it's in great condition, exactly as advertised. I can highly recommend Twilighterleah as a wonderful person to do business with in the DoA marketplace.

    6. Purchased an Elfdoll Lydia head from Twilighterleah. Communication was great, and shipping was fast. Twilighterleah apologized for a delay in shipping, but it was still within 2-business days, and what I would consider fast. It was well-packaged and as described.
