Feedback for TwilightFerret

Twilightferret offered to buy a faceplate from me. she is very nice in her pm's and reply's quickly when pm'ed. i held it for 3 months before i was told she could not pay. she had a good reason, but earlier communication would have been preferable to being told that payment would come at a latter date twice. so i'll leave this as a neutral feedback.

Purchased a body from TwilightFerret and everything went smoothly. Body was very well packed!

 

I got some items today from a trade i did with twilightferret.

I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with her!!
she is so sweet and even included a christmas card with the items, which i wasn't expecting to find at all.

TwilightFerret agreed to purchase a Minimee Milla Jovovich head from me on January 1st via a 30 day layaway program, saying she would mail out the 1st payment (concealed cash) on the following Friday, January 7th. I gladly took the item off the market and waited to receive payment or hear back from her. When I didn't hear back by Sunday the 9th I contacted her to just check in, make sure everything was ok, and ask if she was able to send the payment on Friday. She wrote back saying she could not get a ride and would now send payment on either Tuesday the 11th or early Thursday the 13th ("at the latest"). I told her I wished she would have contacted me sooner, but that I'd go ahead and wait for payment for a little longer. On Thursday I sent her another PM making sure everything went ok with mailing the payment. She wrote back late that night saying that she forgot to pick up her paycheck and that I should go ahead and relist the item.

Although she was pleasant in our correspondences, I would be wary when dealing with TwilightFerret. She doesn't seem to have reliable transportation and she makes promises of payment which she very obviously cannot keep. I would not do business with her again unless she could provide an immediate deposit to hold the item.

 

I traded with TwilightFerret; she was very friendly and mailed out her item quickly. It was well packaged, and just as she said it would be. Thanks!

 

Back in last December, I bought a MNF Seorin head from TwilightFerret. She is very lovely to deal with and awesome to chat with! She agreed to ship the head to the face-up artist like I wanted her to. She even paid the extra postage fees we didnt anticipate!

The head arrived safe and sound to the face-up artist, but upon wiping the head's face-up, she found stains on the head and immediately informed me. Of course, I in turn, told TwilightFerret, she was really nice about it and agreed to partially refund me.

The head has safely returned from the face-up artist to me and this transaction is happily done! I would love to deal with her again! Thank you!

 

TwilightFerret agreed to purchased a Dollheart White Rabbit set from me on Jan 1st. On Jan 10th I received half of the payment and was told the other would be sent by concealed cash. I did not hear from TwilightFerret again until I PMd her 10 days later (Jan 20th) at which point I was told the second half of payment would be sent the next day. I received no words from her after this point, and sale was canceled (by myself) on Feb 18th.

I would not consider selling to TwilightFerrets again.

 

Okay it looks like I'm not the only one who has had problems with her and her lack of payments. On Jan. 19th she contacted me about buying a doll carrier and asked if I would like to trade for it I said no since she really didn't have anything that I wanted but she could buy it if she wanted. She asked if I could hold it for her and she would pay me $20 the next week and $10 the week after I said fine I would put it on hold for her and gave her my paypal address. Come to find out she could only send cash which would make it an even longer wait okay fine I was trying to help her out. On the 25th she said the money would be sent out that Thur. well it never showed up so I pm'd on Feb. 2nd and asked if she had sent it which she said she did. On Feb 7th she said it was returned to her because her sister sent it out wrong and she would just sent out the full payment now since she had it. Okay that's fine things happen so I pm'd her again on the 15th and she said she sent it but if it wasn't there by Friday the 18th to just relist it. Well Friday came and went and no payment. I have had this carrier on hold for her for over a month she has wasted my time and I really don't think I will do business with her again. I had also bought a wig from her on Dec. 23rd (that's when I made my payment through paypal) and she didn't ship until Jan. 6th the wig was nice but I was not happy with the wait.

 

TwilightFerret took part in my Gloomy Bear themed swap, shipped promptly and was very courteous throughout.

Flaky Feedback

TwilightFerret agreed to purchase my Littlefee Leah fullset outfit on February 16th by way of paying with concealed cash. Because of her history of flaking, I eventually placed a deadline of March 7th to receive payment. I have never received said payment and thus consider the sale cancelled and flaked out on. If I do happen to receive the payment in the mail, I will happily return it to its rightful owner. She is always very kind in her communication which is pleasant, but it would not be worth it to me to deal with TwilightFerret again in the future; concealed cash is simply too difficult to deal with when it comes to payment.

 

I am leaving neutral feedback for TwilightFerret. Our transaction was a trade which took nearly two months to complete with several snafus (including several post office mishaps, lapses in communication, and very long lengths of time), but it was resolved satisfactorily in the end. yet again I am back TwilightFerret was our swap leader in a hello kitty v-day swap she was the one who got me in the swap and I still have yet to receive anything from her and the deadline was at the begining of Feb it is now April. She also would not do anything about the others besides herself who flaked in the swap even though she was told by multiple people what she needed to do. Honestly do yourself a favor and don't to business with her you will be saving yourself a lot of pain and wasted time.
