Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. She was friendly, kind and replied quickly. The head was well packaged and it's in good condition. I'd definitely deal with her again.

    3. I bought Volks SD13 pureskin White girl body from Uyen.Thy. I was really glad that she agreed to sell (I was given some time to make first layaway payment) and ship it to me and even underdeclare the parcel. Uyen.Thy is really nice to talk to and she provided all the information needed (shipping possibilities and fees, COA scan) and parcel arrived well-packaged: body secured inside the box - between the pillows - with extra air-bubble-packets. But slight lack of responsibility (in my case - parcel was shipped later than the day named and some late answers to PMs - only hope that happened because of some good events in Tina's life and not bad ones) caused minute confusion and misunderstanding (a small fly in the ointment). But in overall transaction is firm B+. Thank you very much!

    4. I bought a Unoa body and headback from Uyen.Thy and had a great transaction. She let me do a layaway, and kept in touch throughout the whole process, always confirming that she'd received my payments. I was pleasantly surprised when the body arrived, as it was not only in the original box, but also included the manual, eye mechanism, original wig, and heels! The listing just said it was for the body and headback, so it was a great surprise. Everything was carefully packaged and she'd obviously taken good care of it. I would happily deal with her again. :)

    10. I bought a Volks sd10 girl body from Uyen.Thy.
      Overall everything was well. Body in good condition and perfectly packed. Seller beautifully designed package and was very attentive to the customer.
      However, Uyen.Thy forgot to put the extra hands part, which were described in salable post. After my letter this problem was corrected as soon as possible. But I got a different type of hands, not the one that was written in the market. It's surprised me a little. But anyway thanks for the sale ^^
