Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Very professionally run, regular updates, and as speedy as possible (considering Doll More changed their policy right before we ordered)! Everything was packaged well, and I would definitely participate in another GO run by XBlackxRainbowX again.

    5. I participated in XBlackxRainbowX's recent International DollMore Group Order (May 2011) and the process was just absolutely wonderful. She was very professional in handling the GO, especially when DM had to change their free shipping amount policy. She is great in communication, keeping me and everyone informed about the situation and status of the GO. I promptly knew exactly when the order arrived and when my package was shipped. She even put in my request for a different color for my doll's tie (which DM did give me). Everything was packaged well, shipped, and arrived quickly. I am very happy about my experience with her service and I would definitely participate in a group order with her again.

    14. This is neutral feedback for XBlackxRainbowX.

      I did a clothing trade + money from her. Per her own trading policy, we were to ship on the agreed date by first class with delivery confirmation. I complied and shipped my item. Since I was busy and not particularly attentive to what was going on here, I didn't really think about it until a week later. I checked the tracking number on my own package on saw that it was delivered two days prior - and the last time we exchanged pms was a few days before the shipping day. So, I pmed her about it, and she confirmed that she was unable to send her package until the day after my package arrived. For this reason, my feedback is neutral.

      The reasons why the feedback isn't negative:
      - we had a lengthy negotiation phase and she was pleasant to work with
      - the money/paypal portion was paid promptly
      - I may be partially to blame because I did not follow up by pm after I sent my package (I shipped off her paypal payment, so just assumed the paypal notification was enough)
      - once the problem occurred, she handled it in a professional and responsible manner, and also upgraded the package to priority

      While it's bad to mess up, what happens afterward is a better indication of character. She didn't make excuses and simply owned up to the error, which I do appreciate. All in all, the transaction still reached a good resolution with minimal fuss.
