yeast sold me an Infiniti Hue head and despite the fact that she was very sick, still managed to get my boy to me. Many thanks, yeast!

 

I bought a SOOM Tuff from Yeast... what an awesome transaction! Even though he was a limited she didn't over-quote his worth, and she sent him packed as perfectly as if he came from SOOM themselves! Thank you SO much! Definitely recommended if you want to get a package with a bit of extra love!

 

I bought a SOOM Aphan head (cream white) from Yeast.

The head is in perfect condition, was really well packed and came in a box with the SOOM paper and certificate!
Totally awesome!

Also I did ask for sending the head only after a special calendar date for personal reasons and she did so! I even got choclolate stars as a present, yummy!

I'm so glad I did buy from her and would do it again, without a doubt!

 

Yeast is a wonderful seller and ships promptly. I was the unfortunate victim of mail fraud at my apartment complex, and Yeast was very helpful in getting back to me and giving what information I needed to pass on to the post office. If given a chance to buy something from Yeast again, I would gladly take it!

 

I bought a Yeon-ho head from Yeast. She contacted me after seeing my wtb thread in the marketplace, which was very considerate. She was quick to respond and shipped the day after recieving payment. A pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her.

I commissioned yeast to give a faceup to my Soom Teschen head. First and foremost I want to say that the work is of lovely quality and I am quite enamored with what I got.

There were a few times where I felt communication could have been better, and the process did take a couple months longer than estimated, but yeast seems aware of these issues and wants to work on them. They sent me some very cute extras with the head. They were very polite to me throughout the transaction and I hesitated to leave this feedback because I don't want them to think I'm upset, I just feel honesty helps them as much as it will help future customers.

 

I commissioned yeast (aka: *Lastic) to paint my tan Bambicrony Nia soon after his/her face-up shop opened. I’d like to stress that the work I received was phenomenal and on par with face-ups I have commissioned in the past from 'high-end' artists established within the BJD community. I believe s/he has a lot of talent and potential, as long as s/he continues to improve upon a few shortcomings. For the sake of simplicity, I will refer to this post as "positive feedback with exceptions."

When I contacted yeast in late September, his/her communication was excellent. I sent off my girl’s head the first week of October and received her back in early January. I want to state here and now that I am more than willing to wait three months for a face-up, but around Halloween, yeast’s communication became lacking compared to what I expect from a face-up artist. Sometimes I would contact yeast in an effort to 'reach out' – stating in my PM/email that I was not expecting an update on my girl’s progress but just wanted to touch base – and not hear back for 1-2 weeks. I am innately nervous so that was frustrating, with my anxiety exemplified since the doll head I sent off was a limited.

In December, yeast explained to me that the communication issues resulted from a faulty computer and that the problems had been fixed. I received this notification only after requesting my head back, however (I had a project in January planned for my Nia that I knew about prior to sending her to yeast, but since I was originally quoted with a 4-5 week turnaround time I did not anticipate needing to ask for her back).

Following the aforementioned request, yeast promptly finished my girl’s head and sent her back after a week. Communication was wonderful throughout that period, with multiple updates and photos. I had not seen any progress photos up until this point, so I was thrilled to see my girl again.

When my Nia arrived she was more stunning in person than I ever imagined and I am proud to have yeast’s work in my collection. From what yeast has told me, s/he is aware of the concerns and striving to improve his/her communication. I was conflicted over whether or not to leave this feedback but decided to in an effort to help yeast and other doll enthusiasts. I would also like to note that upon my doll’s completion, yeast offered me a free face-up for my troubles and also included a few goodies in my package that I sincerely appreciate.

Again, I want to stress that the work I received was phenomenal and, in my opinion, worth the time I waited. My issue was the lack of communication for a period of two or so months. I love my girl’s face-up to bits and if yeast would accept me as a client, I would be happy to work with him/her in the future.

Thank you very much for bringing my girl to life. I hope sharing a few photos of my Nia in this feedback will help potential customers see the beauty that yeast is able to achieve.

 

yeast participated in my Soom Captain Hook/Ticking crocodile Split.
She was a super friendly person, payed promptly and she let us know, when the packages arrives safe by her.
It would be nice to deal with her again.
