Zerkala bought my Iplehouse Bibiane. Payment was prompt, responses were quick and she was nice and friendly throughout, which is always appreciated and put me at ease. On arrival she thanked me and let me know her new doll had arrived safely. Would absolutely do another transaction with her again.

 

I purchased a Twigling Ingenue from Zerkala and I truly enjoyed working with her. Pleasant, caring and super responsive. Would be great to work with her again. A real pleasure

I bought an Impldoll Aurora on the muscle body from Zerk and it was a perfect transaction! We worked out a layaway that I could manage, and if issues came up with shipping or other things, Zerk was friendly and we worked out the best solution. My doll was shipped speedily and arrived very well-packed and labelled. Highly recommend as a seller.

Beyond positive feedback for this perfect seller! I purchased a SOOM Epidia with both heads and the whole transaction was amazing! Smooth, quick communication and very friendly! When the package took a bit longer to show up (due to the postal service) she was kind enough to check in and was also up to date with the tracking! Everything was safely packed and even better than described. I couldn’t be happier with the whole transaction and would gladly do business again!

She paid half the cost of premium shipping to help the package make its way through international post as quickly as possible, and when it was delayed she kept in contact and updated me regularly on the status - even offered to file a claim when it didn't move for a while.
