Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I bought my Minifee body from zetoast, she said she would send a bit of clothes, minifee box, and papers. I received the body , and only a pair of shorts. After asking what happened to the box she sent it. Overall she is a great seller.

    3. Zetoast participated in my Winter 2012 Fairyland Group Order. Over the course of setting up the GO, all communications were friendly and polite and she made payments exactly when she said she would with absolutely no issue! She was patient during the 2 month wait and let me know right away once the package arrived safe and sound. I honestly can say that I would happily work with her again in the future! Zetoast is an absolute delight to work with!

    5. I traded my Nanuri 2013 head with zetoast for some minifee clothes and the transaction was super quick and amazing. She was sweet, sent out her package the next day with some freebies (sewn by her which are soooo adorable), and kept up with communication every step of the way. I highly recommend transactions with zetoast :)

    10. I bought a doll from Zetoast. This transaction was a bit rocky. Communication was great in the beginning and she was very eager to answer my questions and more.
      But when shipping time came, communication stopped for over a week and after several messages she finally responded again.
      On arrival, the doll turned out to be partially unstrung. This was fine in the end, but it wasn't discussed.

      Zetoast is very pleasant and from reading other feedback I will assume this was an isolated incident, but I feel like I need to mention it nonetheless.

    13. First off I'd like to apologize for the late feedback. Zetoast and I agreed to trade my MNF Mirwen boy for her Dollshe Saint. I sent my Mirwen and she sent her Saint, but only Mirwen arrived where he was supposed to. I'm unsure of what went wrong, but somehow the Saint got lost along the way and he is still missing. I must honestly admit I have given up on ever seeing him :/

      However, this is not Zetoast's fault. She has been a darling the whole time and has done a lot to try and solve this. She's lovely to talk to, very friendly and supportive.
