Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Amaira Rose defaulted on a Eliya sleeping head in my Fairyland general order. When I sent invoices to the participants when the order was about to be placed, I asked if she was still able to participate because of her marketplace ban. She said that she was able to complete started transactions, but she hadn't expected to pay right then. I said that I would cover her payment until she could send me the money and she thanked me and asked for the total again, saying that she should be able to send me most of the money by the end of the week. Thinking that she was still part of the order, I replied with her total, then waited. I sent her another PM after some time had elapsed and replied saying 'I had PM'd you awhile back about not needing the head'. I hadn't had any PMs from her in the intervening time. I replied to tell her this, and she said that she didn't have the money and didn't want the head and the more I sent her PMs the more guilty I was making her feel. At no time before this had she said she wanted to cancel her part of the order.

    5. I got a Dollheart Cherry Blossom Fer from Amaira through a trade. She let me know when she received my items, and when she shipped the fer. Great transaction, but the armwarmers/choker was missing! Hopefully that will be resolved. :)

    8. I participated in AmairaRose's Soom Amber split (one of many) and the transaction went very well. For nearly 8 long months she kept in good contact with me, was always straight forward and friendly and she answered all of my questions. When it came time that the doll finally shipped she notified everyone and sent out our parts ASAP. It only took 5 days for me to receive my Amber and she was packaged very well. AmairaRose really came through for me, she had a lot going on in life and in the middle of the transaction she got a mp ban but that didn't slow her down from keeping all of her split partners in the loop and making sure everyone got there dolls. I would do business with AmairaRose again. Thank you! :)

There were a few delays on both our parts, but communication was absolutely top notch. She kept me informed of everything. I would definitely love to do business with her again.     13. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

      I have tried to resolve this issue via PM, so I now regret I must make this matter public between me and Brittany/Amaira Rose.

      I split a Soom Amber with her after another buyer backed out. Here is everything that was wrong with this shipment:
      1. Long delay in shipping
      2. Poor communication for the reason of the delay
      3. No shipping grade box was used - shipped only in Soom doll box
      4. White zipper body cushion was not included - I paid for majority of split and purchased the body
      5. One sheet of bubblewrap was used between bottom of box and doll
      6. There is a huge gash in the bottom of the box
      7. The doll's body is smudged and scratched (no, the arrows in the pics are not pointing to the seam lines)
      8. Additional doll hand was included
      I am asking for the the white zipper body cushion to be shipped to me and for the $30 shipping to be refunded. I have been offered no compensation in return.

    14. I was in a Chrom split with Amaira Rose. It has been a long waiting, and she has always replyed for all my questions, and she informed me of any change.
      I have my super gem body, in perfect state, and all thanks to Amaira.
