It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. I bought her OD Il on eBay, and she bought some eyes from me here--as both a seller and a buyer, Buff is tops!     10. I bought some tiny's stuff and some WIP clothing from Buff.
      It was a great transaction. The communication was great and she shipped fast. The package was also very well packed.

      After the transaction was done - when I got the clothing pieces and have no idea how to put them together, Buff even offered me a help and a walk through.

      I would love to buy from her again and would highly recommended her.

    13. I have bought from Buff a very lovely blue prince outfit. All my questions were answered, and I was supplied with a very, very helpful picture before deciding to purchase. The outfit was packed wonderfully, and very safely, arriving quickly. I am very happy with the transaction, and am looking forward to dealing with Buff again in the future. :)

    15. I commissioned Buff for a faceup on my Minimee David Tennant and she did a beautiful job, working with me every step of the way and asking me what I preferred before she painted it!

      Shortly after, I purchased some clothing from her and it shipped straightaway and even came with extras!

    18. I sent Buff three heads to do for me. She was able to interpret exactly what I wanted for each of them and she worked fast and got them back to me quickly. Great communication kept me informed of what was going on, and preview pics showed me that I had trusted just the right person with my dolls' faces.
