Bought a Souldoll Lampard and a Souldoll Juhl from Divisadero on layaway. Great communication and easy to work with. When my package went missing during the holiday season Divisadero went above and beyond to help me track it down. The package got to me in the end and I am so thankful for all the help I received. One of the best sellers I have worked with. Thank you!

I bought a Mystic Kids pink bunny from Divisadero. Communication was always friendly and fast, the transaction went great. We had a little issues sending out the package the first time due to the carriers but Divisadero took control over it and got it handled. The package arrived quickly and was well packaged. Would happily do transactions with again.

divisadero sold me her doll chateau boy on layaway, she was very patient with me and communication was always prompt and polite, when i hit a snag in the middle that turned out to be a problem with my paypal settings she remained calm and polite until i got things sorted out! she shipped quickly once he was paid off and the do, lt is beautiful and exactly as described! i would love to buy from divisadero again in the future!

I had never shipped to her location before and when the package was held up, she took care of the issue and communicated with her postal service to ensure delivery. the contact was perfect she was very fast at replying and kind.
she shipped fast. but Russian post was very slow, evenso she kept me up to date and very well and even went to the post office for more information.
