  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Bad Feedback For DrowningInDolls

      I recently asked Drowningindolls to hold an Elf Chiwoo head for me for two weeks. I misunderstood hold and layaway and when she asked about the downpayment I asked for a day, while I was at school the next day (around two) she informed me that she had backed out of the agreed-upon hold and that she had sold to someone else because they had all of the money. Thing was when I got on at 6 I was ready to pay her in full...

      if I can't trust her to hold a head, I wouldn't trust her with my money.

      Basically, she agreed to hold until the 12th and sold the head impatiently to someone else on the 5th, when she set no time or defined amount for the downpayment until one day before she expected me to pay it.

    2. Firts of let me say that I don't feel feedback was neccessary.
      Also, I find it interesting that she didn't bother to post my apology and my explanation as to why I reacted. I told her I misjudged the situation. The last PM I got from her was Saturday Sept 29th, saying she would talk to her Grandmother about downpayment and talk to me tommorrow, which she didn't. She wasn't at school Sunday. When I contacted her about it Thursday, all I got was the same thing, I'll talk to my Grandmother. So Friday I let someone have it who had the money in hand. I was worried that she would bail out on me the last minute, and I was worried about my cats being fixed in time. I am sure there was miscommunication. I did misjudge the situation in assuming she would bail on me. However, this feedback was really unfair and twisted the whole thing. As for being vague about the amount, I was willing to hear how much the downpayment would be instead of determining the maount myself. I thought it was more considerate, but now I see it wa stupid.
      Since she posted PM's, I will put some in here as well so that it will at least be more whole:

      I am sorry if you feel that I am a bad seller, but when I ask someone to let me know about downpayment (Sunday) and its 3 day before I write you again to ask you and I hear that I said not to worry about downpayment when I said that each payment I would paypal fees, and then I don't hear right back I am not sure I am dealing with a responsible buyer. I think that saying you're going to look for a better seller was a little unneccessary and childish.

      I am sorry that this worked out this way, but I have bought and sold alot on message boards the last couple of years and when I don't hear back and get payment right away, I end up not getting payment at all. In your situation I guess I misjudged things. I wouldn't have been so anxious if the money was going to go into my doll fund, but since my cats need nuetering, and the layaway ended by the cut off time, I was worried that I would find myself in a mess. I feel really bad about the way this turned out.
