Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I bought a lovely Sadol shirt from Juumou and the transaction went really smooth even if I changed my original order Juumou was nothing but a great dealer!

      Shipping was fast and the packing was good too.
      Will do business with again.

    2. NOT PLEASED

      I bought a cross necklace and a bracelet from Juumou. Communication was excellent and shipping was fast but the necklace was damaged because of her packaging.

      The items were shipped in a bubble envelope. The bracelet was in a little bag but the necklace was just thrown in with nothing to secure it. When the package arrived, it was jammed into the crease of the envelope and several links were crushed and broken and the cross was bent.

      It could have easily been wrapped in a spare piece of bubble wrap or even a tissue and I'm very disappointed that Juumou just dropped it into the envelope as it was.

    3. I apologize for my carelessness. I have offered a refund. Something bad and unforseen must have happened during the shipping process for it to be bent and broken like that. I will take more care in packaging items.
