I recently purchased a Volks SDGr Masamune Date Fullset from Lallorona. We encountered a problem caused by the postal service, but Lallorona was on top of it from the first sign of a problem and got everything sorted out promptly. She was in touch with me through the whole purchase and was very friendly, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When Date finally arrived he was in perfect condition. He was packed very well, down to the smallest parts, and did not suffer any damage. The doll itself was immaculate and its condition was not mis-represented at all.

I bought a Volks D -head from lallorona on a two time layaway. There were holidays in the middle and the posting was delayed a bit, everyone was busy with their lives at the time so I totally understand that.
