Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I bought a head from Rukawagf. The transaction was great and she was very nice to deal with. Post office made a mistake of misplacing the package so tracking did not work. She helped me solve this problem by making a trip to the PO and ask them to look for it, in the end it was shipped quickly and arrived today. That's customer service! Thank you so much.

    15. I bought an El Elf 2006 Christmas special doll and a modded Elf Lishe head from Rukawagf. The transaction went smoothly, even with snowstorms on both continents and technical problems at the post office which made both of us a tiny bit nervous. Who wouldn't be when sending a handsome guy halfway around the world? ;) El arrived with no problems whatsoever though, he was well packed, perfectly as described. Rukawagf even went to the trouble of providing me with new pictures of the doll upon request, went to the post office twice to make sure he was well on his way, kept me updated all the way and worried with me during the snowstorms. I would absolutely buy from Rukawagf again anytime, and wholeheartedly recommend her as a more than perfect seller.

    17. I'm allowed to paint Ruka's two dolls. She's super friendly and super nice. Our commission progress is very smooth. She's also very understanding of the ugly weather I had in Canada.

      She replied fast and paid super fast too.

      I would love to be allowed to paint more of her dolls.
