~Feedback thread for rykaan ~

I bought a Queena head from Rykaan and commissioned her to do the faceup. She communicated in a timely manner, was very friendly and did an awesome job on the faceup.

 

I sent yet another head to Rykaan for a faceup and mods. As always she did an absolutely amazing job and there was excellent communication throughout the time she had my head. She even included some spare piercings when she sent the head back. I can't recommend Rykaan enough.

 

I bought a Souldoll from Rykaan. She was a dream to work with, even though I was new to the Marketplace. She communicated with me and was a big help to me. The doll arrived as promised...quickly and well wrapped. Rykaan is a wonderful seller.

 

I commissioned Rykaan for another faceup, great communication and she did an amazing job! Will definitely commission again

 

Rykaan did a face for me on my Souldoll Asen head in the likeness of Bran Stark from Game of Thrones. She did an amazing job, as you see! Would love to commission her again in the future. Thanks hun for a wonderful job.

 

I commissioned Rykaan to paint a Doll Chateau Ada, as well as a faceup for a Souldoll Tiffee, and she did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend her.

 

I commissioned Rykaan for a Pukifee body blushing and face up with adorable freckles everywhere! She did my Pukifee justice and was quick with this transaction.
My other one I wish I was able to be 100% happy with as I was with the first. I sent a MNF head off to her to mod for a dreaming look. I understand it was not something she usually does. It took a bit longer than I expected, since the first one was really quick. But one time she said she changed something, but just sent me the past photo again so I wasn't sure what to think about that, could have been a mistake. She was also kind enough to send the head off to a face up artist I had lined up. She didn't tell me she forgot to send off the head cap with it, which personally she sent it off afterwards, but would have been nice to know. The face up artist also does not know if they can properly do a face up on it with her pastels because the mods are very rough from what she described. A little bit disappointed with this transaction, but I also know it was something she doesn't normally do...

 

Since this mishap, Rykaan has contacted me and apologized, which made me feel a lot better already, and went out of her way to make me happy, which made me confirm how much she really does care about her customers in making them happy.

 

Just to clarify: slvrdrgn accepted my offer of a full refund of the $40 I charged for the face modification that she was dissatisfied with.

 

I commissioned rykaan again for a faceup & body blush/ freckles on my Angel Egg Una. I'm so pleased with how she turned out! Communication was great and the turnaround time was quick. I will definitely commission rykaan again- have a couple of older Volks heads that need some spa time Thank you for bringing my little Una to life!

 

Commissioned rykaan for two face-ups and slight body mod/eye opening mod. Everything was done beautifully and fantastically.
She was super patient through everything and was very sweet and accommodating to the things I wanted done with my girls.
Her communication was fantastic, quick to update and send pictures each and every step of the way.
I would gladly commission her again and would highly recommend her as a talented face-up artist!

Commissioned rykaan for two face-ups and as always everything was amazing. Patient with my lack of knowing how I wanted my SD XD and very sweet with her fast communication. I would happily commission her again (which will hopefully be soon ^^) I highly recommend her.

I commissioned rykaan for an elf ear mod on an LLT head. I am very happy with my choice of modder, especially for the price. She sent progress pictures of the mod and kept me completely updated. I would happily work with her again. Thank you!

 

I purchased a Dollpamm Ivi that Rykaan had modded: all new joints & an eye mod. The doll is lovely and unique! Highly recommend rykaan both as a seller, and as a customizer!

I commissioned rykaan to do a body blushing on my MNF body, like the first time, her turn-around time is very fast. Shipping was a bit slow this time which is understandable as she has mentioned she was moving. I am very satisfied with the customization done on the body! I definitely will be back again!

Rykaan she was a wonderful person to talk to, as well as understandable in a little bump in the road in my layaway with her in buying her evethecat she had for sale. Bought a pair of Lorifina shoes for my slim mini girls from Rykaan. Everything went smoothly & she was a pleasure to work with!

 

I commissioned Rykaan to do a face up and body blushing on my little Lati Pury with freckles. The doll came out perfect. I had never really liked her that much before and now I love her.
