I bought a PukiFée Luna from sephyelysian on layaway. Luna arrived in impeccable condition with everything the original thread said it would, as well as an extra bonus dress! Luna was packed very well, with lots of bubble wrap. sephyelysian's communication was perfect, and defining the terms of the layaway with her was a breeze (I especially appreciate the fact that she insists on insurance).

I am extremely happy with this transaction, and would not hesitate to do business with her again in future, and recommend her as a fantastic seller. Thank you so much for my beautiful new girl!

I just had a very positive transaction with Sephyelysian.

Sephyelysian bought the shoes and wig from a Volks Belldandy set I had up for sale. She was really nice, friendly, patient and reliable. She paid fast, and communicated very clearly and respectfully.

Sephyelysian also did extra work, calling USPS to find out why the parcel was delayed. She conveyed the resulting information to me quickly, so that I could open an inquiry with Canada Post. The item was held up in a Chicago sorting facility, but once the inquiry with Canada Post was lodged, the parcel began moving along once more. Because of her extra phone-call, the parcel arrived only slightly later than the expected service standard.

Really appreciated Sephyelysian's polite and respectful handling of the shipping delay. Thank you!
