      They e-mailed me confirmation of the order, a personal e-mail when my wigs took longer than expected, and a shipping notice.

      Easy; paid through paypal invoice.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      About 6 weeks. According to them this is not typical and they usually ship sooner.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The wigs are OUTSTANDING quality, and very reasonably priced. I love how soft they are.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The colors are just as they are displayed on the site, and the styles are right on.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Not a problem per se, as I had figured it would take about a month to get my wigs to me. But the first week of March they sent me an e-mail apologizing for taking longer to get me my wigs than they felt necessary, and offered me a free random wig to make up for the wait. :D That's some good service, in my opinion!

      I certainly will, I already have plans for a couple more!

      * How was the communication? They were pretty good about telling us about the Holiday and the back log delaying our order. :)

      * How long did it take to ship? Not long at all, considering how many orders there were, the holiday, and the back log they must have had.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I dare say they under charge. The quality of the wig is pretty fab.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Sort of. The style does, but their color chart is a little off. Customers should refer to the customer thread here on DoA.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? For the product's sake, yes. Not sure it suits my boy, is all. ^^The eyelashes are beautiful, though! Very fine and delicate.

      * How was the communication?Quite excellent, actually. They helped me color match to both a photo and a direct color mix request, and then were happy to combine my order when I decided I wanted an additional wig.
      * How easy was it to pay? Quite easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? About thirty days, which is what they indicated with custom color wigs.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Better, I think. These have become my favorite wigs for their softness, luster, and beautiful color. Their wigs are well sewn with a lot of hair that takes styling and is not particularly fly-away considering it is so soft.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The quality is excellent. I like the fibre - much better than on more expensive wigs that I've bought. And the price was average to a little under average for the size wigs I was buying

      They estimated 20-25 but said it could be more since they were backed up with orders and mine was a very large order in itself, but they actually shipped out in under 20 days!

      VERY nice wigs for the price! I love them, and the GO participants seem to as well.

      Yes, it's quite soft and very well constructed.

      Not really. The fibres were shorter than in the sales photo and the wig is very thick, so it's extremely bushy and sticks out instead of hanging down.

      I would have preferred it if the wig had been more like the sales photos, but hopefully I can tame it enough to use it.
