      It was fantastic. They answer very quickly on their Q&A board. I was notified with shipping notice when it was ready.

      Easy.

      The package was shipped on September 17th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! It was GORGEOUS! The level of detail on the suit was incredibly. Real pockets, fully lined jacket. etc etc. It looks as good as a real, well tailored suit.

      Yepp. I asked for a different colour tie and pocket handkerchief and they did exactly what I asked.

      Very much so!

      I posted a question, not related to my order, on the Q&A board and they answered within 24 hours.
      They also sent order confirmation email and shipping notice.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy by clicking Paypal button on the order confirmation page.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped on 21 Oct, so about 20 days. Normal wait period for BJD clothings.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. The fabric, the cut, all meticulous stitching and details, how it fits my doll like no other - those sort of things apply.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. The pictures of Decent navy shirt gave me the impression that it was made of silkier fabric, but the actual product is still far more than just decent to me :)

      Yes.

      * How was the communication? Great, very friendly and fast. It was smooth as silk.

      * How long did it take to ship? I can't remember, but I think it was from a day to three.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, and even more. I think when one buys items for EIDs and such, the prices are so expensive, but with Freedom teller, they're not. They're pretty reasonable and the quality is amazing, they seem like a real man's clothing!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, completely.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Totally! I'm in love with the fabric of the cardigans and the vest. It's very soft.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? There was a little problem. I asked them to mark the parcel down and they forgot to do so, but it didn't have any consequence as Customs didn't stop my package. They apologized as soon as they found out they hadn't marked it down. They also thought they had forgoten to add the gray cardigan (which they had) and so they went back to the PO and sent another package with the cardigan and a freebie (a lovely muffler to match the yellow cardigan!). They wrote an email as soon as they got back and explained everything and apologized. I admire them for this. Not many companies know how to make up for mistakes and I was more than pleased with the way they did.
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes, in a hush! I just wish I had the money >_<

      * How long did it take to ship? Not long! The clothes shipped on 31/12/2012, which was a bit slower than normal because (so FT informed me) there was a delay on the clothes hangers they gave as an event gift.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? What can I say... These clothes are not cheap by any means. But I can't stress enough how wonderfully, beautifully made they are. They are probably better-tailored than the great majority of my own clothes. They are perfect, and FT's attention to detail is just - touching! Seriously. So as far as I am concerned, yes, I do understand where that price comes from.

I think the issue probably came about because I ordered first and then signed up. In any case, I had no reason to worry because everything just went fine. I received notifications about the status of my order via e-mail, and whenever I asked things through the Q&A board, FT kept me well-informed too.

      * How long did it take to ship? My order shipped on 5/16/2013, so 22 days. It arrived on 5/22/2013, all together it took about 1 month exactly.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely! I have never seen better quality BJD clothes, it is well worth the price.

      Yes. The tailoring is top notch and it was only $5 extra per item to have it tailored to SSDF.

      I didn't really communicate with them. I just placed my order and they confirmed it, and then it was all down to waiting patiently.

      It shipped via EMS on 7 March 2014. I received it on 14 March 2014

      Absolutely! The quality of this clothing is excellent in my opinion.

      Mostly. One of the neckties was significantly darker than it was in the sales photo, but I don't really care as I like the colour and it still matches the shirt it was intended to go with.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, definitely! When I opened the box and saw this tiny, perfect menswear that was even folded and wrapped like its human-size counterpart would be, I knew it was going to be good. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the attention to detail is absolutely stunning. I bought these clothes for my Impldoll Idol boy, and they're an excellent fit for him. I am very pleased with what I received from this company.

      Yes. The shirt and jeans are absolutely fantastic. The socks are essentially black material sown together so I probably didn't need them as I could've made some my own. The tie was also very nice. They came nicely packaged too.

      Around 2-3 weeks for the initial order but since I had to re-ship the coat back to them because it was too big for my doll, it took for another 3-4 weeks before I was actually able to put it on my doll and finish the transaction. I would say it took about a month and half.

      Definitely
