Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     12. I ordered a mohair wig from Hasel about a month ago. She shipped it, but apparently it's lost.

      This transaction hasn't been ideal, I made a personal payment via paypal which I wasn't comfortable with, but.. stupid me.. I did it anyways. Now I don't have a way of being refunded. Just pay the paypal fee if you order from Hasel. I also had to ask if she shipped the wig once the payment was cleared, so I had wished the communication was better.

      I let Hasel know that the wig has not shown, so all that can be done on her end is to let the post office know, and see if it shows back up so she can send it again.

      This is my first bad experience with a sale on DoA, so I'm a bit bummed out. I don't plan on ordering international anymore if I can help it.

      If and when the wig ever shows I'll update this feedback, but for now, this is what's going on.

    14. I would like to give an update: Hasel has been doing all she can for me to track down the lost package, and her communication has been excellent. She's been very patient and sweet throughout the whole thing, as well as empathetic. I appreciate all she' s done for me.

      She is friendly and has good communication - A real pleasure to deal with. I'd thoroughly reccomend her.

    18. A final update!! Hasel's wig has arrived, and under the circumstances it was completely not her fault. My inner post office where I work lost the package by delivering it to the wrong post box where it sat collecting dust for two months.... It magically showed up today and the product is lovely and soft and beautiful. Hasel has been incredible in trying to track down the package for me, her communication was wonderful, and she did everything she could for me. She is a very professional seller, and her product is very nice. Thank you for everything, Hasel! I'm sorry we had to go through so much trouble.....

      Hasel kept good communication and worked quickly on my wig. She also sent it in very good time, and all payments went smoothly. Thanks so much for my wig! I hope I can have my doll wear it soon!

    20. Feedback for Hasel is just about perfect. We were able to iron out details about a non-fitting wig and Hasel came through with 2 more wigs, that fit just about perfectly. I recommend her highly... and love her wigs. Am wanting to order MORE... WHEN THE MONEY TREE SPROUTS.
