Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. My taste has not changed, it has expanded. ;) Five years ago when I discovered the hobby I had no interest in childlike MSD sized dolls. I wanted adult looking boys and tough looking girls, so I got a lot of SD sized dolls. Now that I have a lot of SD sized boys and several tough girls, my interest in getting more of the same is gone. My tastes are meandering towards what I don't have: cute childlike girls in MSD size with very old-school simple bodies, because I also have several Fairyland's super posable dolls.

    2. Yeah my tastes have change a small bit. I used to like the really cutesy dolls, but now I only like the more mature looking dollies. I can hardly stand most "cute" dolls now oddly o_o Also I thought the only resins colors I would get would be White, Yellow, and Tan. But so far I've gotten a grey and a pink doll so... That's changed as well xD

    3. My tastes are getting stranger and stranger. I still love the 3 dolls I have just as much as when I got them, but now I find myself drawn to the edgy and unusual. I think my future dolls will reflect this shift.

    4. Well, before I had an interest in this I collected Victorian looking porcelain dolls. My tastes changed and I saw my friends picking BJDs up. Now I have two dressy BJD ladies, and two males. One a punky kid and the other a gentleman.... so yeah, tastes change over time. I just hope they don't change much more as I get older.

    5. Well, kind of.

      When I had no dolls I kept stalking DoD dolls and thought they were the most beautiful dolls I've ever seen. Now I don't like them anymore, not hate but their face sculpts are not that beautiful anymore in my opinion. That happened when I got my first doll which is Luts Kid Delf Cherry, and I still love him.

      I though that all my dolls would be just humans but then I saw that someone was selling Amber head on a Finnish BJD forum and I immediately fell in love with her. And that changed my opinion about fantasy dolls wholely.

      Now I keep stalking Soom sites and think their dolls are pretties I've ever seen and my tastes about dolls has been changing to more mature and realistic sculpts. Well, I still like some of the big eyed sculpts too.
