1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Nov 29, 2005

    1. thanks for posting this! you did a great job :D

    2. thank you for all the hard work of translating it. he is so interesting, it is very nice to finally hear some of the things he says instead of just looking at the things he makes.

    3. Thank you so much for translating this! I really enjoyed reading it.

If you are a man don't do it.
You must be prepared for something that can ruin your life.

      Oops. XD

    4. What a fascinating look into his world. Thank you so much for the translation.

    5. wow, nice! L-bi and B-el... too bad my boys are brothers, not lovers :P

    6. I agree thank you ever so much, I love to read anything Mr. Araki-san has to say about his lovely works. I appreciate you sharing this with us!! hugs, gg

    7. I like this guy more and more it seems. XD

And dolls have already ruined me for any real man... I suppose I should just get used to it and make a Life-sized Shirou Tachibana. XD

I certainly love being able to look into the mind and life of such an awesome creator as Araki-sama. He mentions Europe, I wonder what he would think if he saw how popular Anime and dolls are in America... he might feel a little better about being an otaku, or he could feel a lot worse. Hehehe... That would be so much fun to show him a con in America, just to see his face.

    8. I am happy that you all enjoyed reading the article :)
