Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I'm making a thread for Herrendoll. This is a very small company, run by only two people and I'm impressed by their commitment to excellence.

      What did you order?
      A basic Samantha Herren.

      When did you order?
      May 1.

      How was the communication?
      Very good. They kept me updated with several of the sweetest mails you can imagine. Mails that cleary showed their commitment and love for their sculpt Samantha. They told small sweet parts of her "story" and desribed her "personality" as well as kept me updated how long they had come in the process of making her.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      How long did it take to ship?
      About 3 1/2 weeks.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. I paid a lot for her, but she is well worth the price. Every inch of her
      is a piece of art.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Better. She looks very life like and even if she's very beautiful on the company pictures, she's more special and beautiful in reality.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, very much.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      I have to add that they sent me another mail yesterday. Another sweet mail, it's hard to explain the character of the mails without reading them. The mails are very personal, and they wrote "thank you" in my native language. Such small details that made the buying experience special. When Samantha arrived she had her eyes installed, even if basic dolls is described on their website arriving without installation. Her wig is wonderful. I got the wig I wanted the most. I'm not sure which brand it is, but it is very similar to Monique gold. The face up was done by the "doll maker" and matched beautifully the color of her wig and her eyes.

      I wish Herrendoll the best, and wish that more will order a doll from them.
