  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Yikes. I'm glad my AR was second hand. :O

      It sounds like their employees either change, or switch off doing CS duties (which is common in a small company) and some of them are great and others suck like a Hoover. Having worked for two small business recently, I have to tell you, even when business is only going up up up, owners are frequently reluctant to expand by hiring new people. There are certainly a lot of valid reasons for this: cost of adding a new person for a business used to the existing number of employees, the trouble of finding and hiring, training new hires, and so on. Both places I've worked went through times where I really encouraged the boss to find at least one other employee because the work was getting to be too much, but all I got were excuses. I wonder if that's what's happening here (and it would explain all of the other doll company snafus).

    2. Update: Our boy has arrived safely. ^^ I'll get his head on Monday.
      According to my friend, he is in good condition and has the eyes that were requested.

      So luckily it has all ended well, but AR really needs to get their act together.

    3. wow this sounds like a nitemare. I had to wait a long time for my UFK when I got it but I wasnt directly linked to the company since it was a group order and that might have had at least a little to do with the time frame. That aside this makes me happy I've never ordered directly from the company. Both my boys are secnd hand and my girl I sold. However, my friend ordered a Dana boy and it took only a couple weeks for him to arrive oO. She must have been lucky. She has a warrak too but that was ebay so with only one time interaction with the company its been good.

      Anyway I think customer service is lacking in several of these companys. I should be grateful my recent issues with luts isnt worse oO...they've been slacking too.

    4. Yeah. A lot of the companies need to learn to reply to emails. AngelRegion doesn't reply to email as much as they reply to their Q+A board, which is kind of sad.

      But on the bright side, they're not as bad as Mythdoll/Wishel! XD

    5. Wow, I was seriously considering getting a LF Dana boy as my next doll, but this totally makes me not want to order directly from AR. o_O Maybe I'll look into a second hand Dana or something. o_O
