It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I have four MSDs and one adorable little dragon. The urge for new characters/dolls is strong, but in terms of space and money I'm trying to resist. I also think my attention would be spread too thin with too many more dolls, even though I love giant casts of characters. Thankfully this group is rather complete as a unit (and diverse enough that I love each of them for different reasons).

    5. I have 5 now. I too started out convinced I'd only ever care to have one... But that changed before I'd even purchased the first one. :sweat I ordered three in rapid succession towards the end of 2015, then the fourth happened the following February, then for a full year after that I felt at peace with my collection.

      ...Until suddenly little Rebecca stole my heart earlier this year, and now I think she's re-awakened my desire for more sizes, more colors, more styles, maybe a boy or two. It will be a long while before I can afford any more, but I'm definitely wishing for a few more in the future.

    12. At one point I had close to 100 but I've done some serious culling the herd over the last 6 years. Just the same, I bought more dolls but the ones that left home were bigger. Now I'm around 40, not counting the dolls I have up for sale or are seriously considering selling. I just bought my first BJD in 2 years & she made me want 2 more!
